beaconsmind Group has successfully carried out a cash capital increase of CHF 4.35MM to finance the acquisitions of Swissnet AG and Advanced Digital Technology DWC-LLC (“Lokalee”). During the extraordinary general meeting, all agenda items were approved with a large majority, and 850,000 new shares were subscribed by management, board members, and investors.
